We are not running this out of a corporate park in Kansas City. The shop, the truck, and the crew are all right here in Columbia — and that is on purpose.

Junk removal sounds simple. Show up, load the truck, drive away. Most companies stop there. We do not. Our job is not just to pick up junk. It is to leave you with one fewer thing on your mind and one cleaner room in your house. That gap, between what is required and what is possible, is where we live.
Pirates have always had a reputation for sailing their own course rather than joining the navy. We took that to heart. We believe local, family-run businesses beat corporate franchises on the things that matter: care, flexibility, and the willingness to do the heavy thing nobody else will.
National chains charge franchise fees that come from your invoice. We do not have any. We are not 1-800-GOT-JUNK. We are your neighbors. The pricing reflects that. The service reflects that. The crew you meet on your driveway reflects that.
When we walk into a job, the goal is not to finish it. The goal is to make the person who hired us glad they did. Five years and 5,000+ jobs into this in Columbia, that is the only metric we care about.

Six values our crew agrees on. They are written down because written things outlive memory. We hire for these. We fire for these. We tell customers about them so they can hold us to them.
We love what we do.
Decluttering is satisfying work. The relief on a customer's face when a basement empties out keeps us going. If that ever stops being true, we will know it is time to do something else.
Our price is our price.
If the job ends up smaller than estimated, the price drops. If it ends up bigger because we missed something, the price still holds. The estimate is a promise, not a starting point for negotiation.
Junk goes somewhere.
We donate what we can to Love Columbia and our other community partners. We recycle what we can. We dump only what is left, at the Bioreactor Landfill. We refuse to add to illegal dumping in Mid Missouri.
The WOW factor.
Aim for the WOW on every job. Sweep the space. Haul a piece of debris from the side yard we were not asked to take. Leave customers genuinely happy, not just satisfied that the job got done.
We do what we say.
We show up when we said we would. We call 15 to 30 minutes before arrival. If we are going to be late, we tell you before you wonder where we are. Trust is built one detail at a time.
We notice the weight.
Estate cleanouts, hoarder cleanouts, and post-disaster jobs come with weight that is not physical. We treat the work, and the customer, with the care that situation deserves. We move at your pace.

Five years in Columbia means more than just hauling junk. We partner with The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri, donate reusable items to Love Columbia and our other community partners, and show up on KFRU when our neighbors want to hear what we do.
